ABOUT THE STUDIO
My Yoga At Home is a private studio, where you will be comfortable to explore your inner strength without any judgments.
Classes are taught in low-ratio groups for a more positive and enjoyable experience. Some of my students find that one-on-one classes better fit their lifestyle and approach to learning.
I’m pleased to offer a wide range of classes, suitable for all levels of practice, classes that range from gentle, therapeutic and restorative, to more dynamic hatha and hatha beyond the basics.

CARRY ON AT HOME
The main benefit of practicing yoga is to get to know yourself on a deeper level. In order to do so, it is important to establish a daily routine that you will be able to safely carry on at home.
I encourage my students to roll out their mats, take a deep breath, smile, practice, and awaken their inner strength.
We are the thoughts we host in our minds, the food we consume, and the relationships we choose to have with others and the environment.
Yoga & Ayurveda teach us how to maintain and, in some cases, how to restore our balance (physical, mental, and spiritual health).
