I recently invited you to go back to the foundational yoga practices. I did it myself and I noticed my neck is still very tight ..I had to go back to neck stretches being mindful of the side that needed it the most..my right side yep!!
Here a quick reminder of neck preparation for a safe and long-lasting yoga practice! In a few weeks, I will let you know if the alignment of my neck, chest, and shoulder improves while attempting trikonasana.
