Vegan Mayo

Slowly blend in the grapeseed oil until the mixture becomes creamier

This mayo is absolutely tangy, creamy and yummy.  An easy , healthy mayo recipe for  mashed potatoes, favorite recipes or salads !

What you need

  • Chickpeas
  • Water
  • Grapeseed oil
  • Spices & lime


  • Soak the dry chickpeas overnight
  • Cook chickpeas until soft
  • Save the water in which the chickpeas were cooked.

Beat the water with a hand blender until it becomes creamy.

Add spices to taste
