The art of teaching requires cultivation and passion. Since I moved to Ottawa, I decided to transition from the corporate world into teaching fitness and wellness. In the year 2001 became a Certified Fitness Instructor and led numerous fitness classes for newcomers and low-income women in the Ottawa area. Sharing my life’s passion with others.

In 2004, I graduated from leisure and recreation studies and became a certified Yoga Instructor. I instructed daily yoga classes for all ages, interests, and abilities at Retirement facilities, daycare centers and for the City of Ottawa.

In 2005, I rediscovered Yoga, as my Grandma used to say, “a life-long journey of dedication and practice”. Since then, I have had the opportunity and pleasure to study under the guidance of Yoga teachers close to my heart such as Asia Nelson, founder of Pranalife Yoga & Janine Keller, whose insightful guidance inspired me to continue my Yoga studies at Vidya Yoga Institute in Toronto with Gitte Bechsgaard PhD, Gillian McCann PhD, and Jette Berring , Director of the B.K.S. Iyengar Center in Copenhagen & Gloria Goldberg Director of the B.K.S. Iyengar Center in La Mesa, CA

In February 2018, I graduated as a Manual Osteopath from NAO  and I am a member of the Osteopathy Chronic Pain Clinics of Canada OCPCC.  I now offer yoga classes combining the technique from Yoga and Manual Osteopathy. I also offer Osteopathic Wellness treatments.

In my classes, expect small personalized groups, hands-on adjustments and undivided attention to each one of the students. My classes offer a deeper understanding and knowledge of yoga that can be easily brought home to establish a solid daily practice if desired.
